Ecstatic Dance: Guided Movement workshop

  • Exhale Mekelweg Delft, ZH, 2628 CN Netherlands (map)

Join us for another instalment of the Ecstatic Dance workshop!

Lose yourself in the music, move freely, and connect with yourself and others through dance. No judgments, no expectations, this event is all about having fun and expressing yourself. We’ll kick off the session with a guided warm-up, with headphones on to block out external distractions, and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

For the upcoming event, the musical theme will explore Martin’s journey to Australia, traveling from the northern jungle through the central desert to the ocean coastline. It will feature a mix of genres, with highlights of Aboriginal artists and instruments, creating a unique and immersive soundscape.

You can listen to the mixtape from the previous event here.

*Please note that this is a sober event.

This class takes place in Move. Reserve your free tickets here.
